By accessing and using the Trilux mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access some features of the Service. You differ responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libellous.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
